Before Print Approval
We offer free replacements and/or full refunds up to the moment you approve your order for print. If you change your mind or spot an error before printing begins, just let us know—we'll take care of it.
Manufacturing or Print Issues
If your order arrives with any manufacturing defects, print errors, or damage, we'll happily offer a free replacement or full refund. Please contact us with photos and a description of the issue so we can make it right.
Personalized Items
Because our products are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns on personalized items unless there's a clear issue related to print quality or production error.
Replacements & Refunds Discretion
All replacements and refunds are handled at the discretion of Sherly, guided by fair use and good faith. As a small business, our goal is to make things right for you—not to be taken advantage of—so we reserve the right to decline requests we deem abusive or excessive.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Contact us at support@sherly.store. If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 48 hours, and you'll receive it via your original payment method within 10 business days (processing time may vary by bank).
If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please get in touch with us again.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to the 14-day cooling-off period. This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Please note: this does not apply to personalized products, unless they are damaged or defective.
